My Way to 5K

Please support us this October

My Way to 5K

This October, join people across the UK for My Way to 5K, a flexible fundraising challenge in support of SUDEP Action. We are the UK’s leading charity dedicated to preventing epilepsy-related deaths and supporting affected families.
Whether you run, walk, swim, cycle or wheel, My Way to 5K is open to all fitness and ability levels.
In the lead-up to SUDEP Action Day, My Way to 5K gives you the opportunity to get involved, raise vital funds and support a day dedicated to raising awareness of epilepsy-related deaths worldwide.

My Way to 5K

Why take part?

Around 1 in 100 people in the UK live with epilepsy, and families face the reality of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) every single day.
By taking on My Way to 5K this October, you will help:

• Raise crucial awareness of epilepsy and SUDEP risks ahead of SUDEP Action Day.
• Fund life-saving research and specialist support services.
• Empower families and individuals living with epilepsy across the country.
• Drive a national movement to prevent future deaths.

Run, walk, wheel, cycle, swim, dance, hike, climb, complete a challenge or create your own unique way to reach 5K.
Receive a free t-shirt when you sign-up!
Reach £25 on your fundraising page and you’ll receive a special-edition SUDEP Action badge to wear alongside your certificate.
