How you can fundraise

My Way to 5K

My Way to 5K

Raise awareness, remember together

Take on your own My Way to 5K challenge and do your part in raising vital awareness of SUDEP and epilepsy risks this October.

As part of the epilepsy community, every person who completes a 5K is supporting the vital work of SUDEP Action.

In the lead-up to SUDEP Action Day, My Way to 5K is a chance to come together – as creatively as you wish – to fundraise in memory of those we have lost to epilepsy and to help us stop future preventable deaths.

My Way to 5K

Anyone can take part

Walk, run, cycle, scoot, hike, climb; however you choose to complete your 5K is up to you.

Your 5K should take place between Tuesday 1st October – Sunday 20th October.

If you would like to register for the event, please click the register button below.

Please email us if you have any questions about this event.

And remember…

Everyone who registers and takes part will receive a SUDEP Action Fabric Wrist Band. The first 50 participants who manages to raise £50 on their fundraising page, will receive a SUDEP Action Teddy.
