EpSMon: A personal tracking tool
EpSMon app
Check. Track. Live.
EpSMon is a personal tracking tool for people with epilepsy. It’s designed for adults to help them review data and track their condition between doctors’ appointments.
EpSMon stands for epilepsy self-monitoring. The app was created by SUDEP Action, in collaboration with Cornwall Foundation NHS Trust.
Seizures are different for everyone. This easy-to-use app will help you track things, providing key information for both you and your epilepsy health professional.
Research has shown there are key risk factors that can affect your seizure control and safety, and that these change over time. EpSMon allows you to keep important information in one place, so you can review and share it.
It’s your personal epilepsy record, helping you keep track of data.
