Every three years, SUDEP Action organises a Memorial Service in memory of all those who have died from epilepsy. The service is open to people of all faiths or none. To keep the service inclusive, our supporters help select the readings and music and contribute by reading or providing a musical performance. The service is held in a central location, at St James’s Church, Piccadilly, London.
The Service includes a reading of the names of those who have died, (unless they have been read out at a previous service). The name of a loved one can be read out, even if the family are unable to attend.
The Service is open to all families based in the UK*.
*(For international families, we would encourage you to get involved with our next Online Epilepsy Memorial Day in early May 2020. More details to be released very soon)
Our next Memorial Service will be held on
Saturday 16 May 2020.
Further details and invitations for the Service will be sent out in January 2020.
