How you can fundraise
Mark 30 years of SUDEP Action with with a 30 for 30 Challenge
SUDEP Action has been supporting people bereaved through epilepsy and those living with the condition for an incredible 30 years. We now need your help to carry on for a further 30 years and beyond.
To get involved in a 30 for 30 challenge choose your own fundraising activity and repeat it for every day in September, or 30 times in a row, or simply donate £30 in support of our 30th anniversary. Every challenge will be supporting our vital work in raising epilepsy awareness and providing bereavement support.

Help us to help others
It’s our 30th anniversary
We began 30 years ago, founded by five bereaved women who wanted answers. They wanted to know why their sons, daughters and partners – who were young and healthy, but lived with epilepsy – had died suddenly, unexpectedly and without explanation.
We rely on incredible fundraisers like you to help us build a world where epilepsy deaths are no longer overlooked, where preventable deaths are stopped before they happen, and where no family has to navigate the heartbreak of sudden bereavement alone.

Some helpful things to download
We’ve created a calendar which you can use to track your challenge activities.
Print it out and fill in what you will be doing each day so you can stay motivated with your fundraising challenge. You can then take a photo and share it so your friends and family can see how you are getting involved.
We would love to see how you’re getting on so don’t forget to tag us in!
Our 30 for 30 Fundraising Toolkit is also packed full of helpful tips and ideas of how you can get started with your 30 for 30 challenge.
