Memorial Service 2025

Our Memorial Service

What is the Memorial Service?

The Memorial Service will take place on Saturday 7th June 2025 at St James’s Church, Piccadilly in London.

The service brings people together who have experienced an epilepsy related death, breaking the isolation that is often felt through grief. It’s an opportunity to honour someone special and know they will always be remembered.

This service is for everyone and we welcome people of all faiths and non-faith backgrounds to join us.

Use the booking form below to attend the service.

Who is the Memorial Service for?

This event is for the bereaved and is a moment to remember a loved one both individually and as a community, commemorating anyone who has lost their life to epilepsy.

There will be an opportunity to contribute suggestions to shape the service. On booking your place do look out for details on how to share an image of your loved one and ways you can offer your own suggestions for music or readings during the service. Please note, however, that we will not be able to include all requests within the service.

I will endure it

Because it means

That you were here

And that it mattered”
