This Christmas, SUDEP Action will be decorating a Christmas tree in our office with stars you can personalise with the name of a loved one and a special message.
To add your dedication star to the SUDEP Action 2020 Christmas tree, please email [email protected] or phone 01235 772850 and we will send you a star to add your dedication to. Or you can order a star from our online shop.
Once you receive your star, add the name and your dedication, and post your star back to us to add to the tree.
We suggest allowing at least one week or more, for your star to reach our office, once you send it back. The address to post your star to is: SUDEP Action, 18 Newbury Street, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8DA.
We will light candles around the tree on Christmas Eve and we welcome you to join us as we come together from home online.
